Scott Cleland lives in Ottawa, Ontario.

He is a Technical Writer by day, and a fitness instructor by night. Scott spends much of his time trying to inspire people to find the joy in being inside their own bodies, spending time with his community, and thinking to himself “I should write a poem about this.”
